If you're driving, navigate to "Baishi Mountain Scenic Area Parking Lot." The parking fee is CNY 20 per day. For public transport, first arrive at Laiyuan County, then take a taxi or the scenic shuttle bus. Taxis cost around CNY 30, while the shuttle is CNY 10 per person.
