[Shiga Prefecture] Hikone Castle

I visited Hikone Castle. I went with a history buff and he said, "It's a traditional structure. There are many ingenious measures that make it difficult for enemies to attack."
I think it's meant to be difficult to attack, but it's located on a slight hill and has a great view.
I went at dusk, so there were few tourists and it was a quiet and relaxed time.
