Enjoy the 360-degree view at Lake Biwa Observation Deck (Biwako Terrace/Valley)


The observation deck is located on the top of the mountain at an altitude of 1,100 meters, and the spectacular panoramic view of Lake Biwa unfolds before your eyes! There is also a cafe on the observation deck. We brought our own snacks and sat on the sofa overlooking the refreshing lake view.

For a bit more excitement, you can go paragliding and aerial ropes! The instructor explained carefully, and the weather is very good today!

From JR "Shiga Station", transfer to the Ewako Kotsu Bus (No. 68) (390 yen) for about 10 minutes and get off at the "Biwako Valley" stop. Take the cable car to the top in ten minutes (3,500 yen).
