Stepping into Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, the "Flowering Midsummer" homestay, nestled halfway up the mountain, feels like a hidden paradise. The homestay boasts a prime viewing location, just a 200-meter walk from the observation deck. Opening the window reveals a picturesque scene of cascading stilt houses interwoven with the valley's twinkling lights. As night falls, thousands of lights resemble stars falling from the sky, turning every snapshot into a dreamlike scene reminiscent of "Spirited Away."
The homestay's design blends American country style with Miao village charm. The panoramic balcony in each room is a major highlight, offering breathtaking views of swirling mists in the morning and the spectacular "Ox Head Lantern Sea" of the Miao village at night. It's truly stunning.
Located in a tranquil spot amidst the bustling village, it's a 10-minute walk to the ancient street food area, where you can savor local specialties like black-haired pork skewers and bacon fern cakes. The homestay also has its own private viewing pavilion, offering a secluded spot away from the crowds and even better photo opportunities than the observation deck.
