The Oriental Buddhist Capital, a national 4A-level tourist attraction, is connected to the Leshan Giant Buddha Scenic Area through a gate. It is located on the back mountain of the Leshan Giant Buddha and is also protected as a world "dual heritage". It has jurisdiction over more than a thousand acres of forest land.

Here there is a 173-meter-high open-air sleeping Buddha lying across the mountains and forests; there is also a magnificent underground palace, which is nearly one kilometer long and can be called the fifth largest grotto in China. There are also tens of thousands of fine Buddha statues gathered here, all of which are sculptures by former professors of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. Chinese sculpture master Liu Kaiqu is the founding consultant.

The Eastern Buddhist Capital is an extension of the Buddhist culture of the Leshan Giant Buddha, which has greatly enriched the Buddhist cultural content of the Leshan Giant Buddha. It is covered with forests, full of wild fun, and naturally simple. It is worth a visit! !
