Baise 1466 Campground is beautiful, but... 1466 Campground (Hotel) is located in Xifeng District, Dashiwei Tiankeng Scenic Area, Leye County, Baise City, Guangxi, about 400 meters away from Yunhai Tianzhou Scenic Area, with an altitude of 1466.
Stay at Camp 1466, including breakfast, dinner, Dashiwei Tiankeng, Yunhai Tianzhou tickets (afternoon tea, coffee and cakes). There are 12 tents inside, and the price of each tent is different. Tent No. 01 is cheaper at the lower end, and the price is slightly higher as you go up. The higher you live, the better the view. Breakfast: steamed buns, corn, milk and sweet potatoes. Dinner: Hot pot and barbecue. There are a 1,000-meter-long yo-yo ride for 28 yuan per person and a zip line for 68 yuan per person.
Transportation: If you drive, just navigate to Yunhai Tianzhou. When you are close to Yunhai Tianzhou, just look for the sign for direction 1466. There is a distance of several hundred meters between 1466 and Yunhai Tianzhou. It is more troublesome if you are not driving yourself. You can take Didi carpooling or bus from the bus station in Baise City → Leye County and then take a taxi or bus → there is a shuttle bus at the entrance of Dashiwei Tiankeng Scenic Area (it is recommended to take a taxi directly to the campsite from Leye County, because it only takes about 20 minutes to drive from Leye County to the campsite). It is best to bring some dry food with you, as the campsite only sells water and drinks, and only includes breakfast and dinner.
If you arrive in Leye County at noon, have lunch in Leye first, then take a nap at the camp. In the afternoon, hike about 400 meters from the camp to Yunhai Ark to have a free afternoon tea, check in at Yunhai Ark and take photos, and sit in the cafe. The camp starts dinner at 6:30 in the evening. After dinner, you can take a walk to Yunhai Ark at 8 o'clock to watch the sunset, and then return to the camp to rest. The next day you can go hiking in Dashiwei Tiankeng and also go rappelling, but you need to make a reservation in advance.
Camp 1466 has beautiful scenery and fresh air. The only problem is that the wind is very strong at night, and the tent makes a loud noise, which affects the sleep. Although the tent was equipped with earplugs and eye masks, I couldn't accept the poor sleep quality. (It is a tent after all, and cannot be compared to a house) It has all the equipment that a tent should have, and the water is large enough and hot enough.
