[Niigata🌾] Super delicious back fat ramen in Nishitsubame, with huge queues even in the snow🍜

We went to Hangzhou Chinese Restaurant in Tsubame City, Niigata Prefecture, where there is always a line! ️
It was selected as one of Tabelog's top 100 restaurants, and seems to be the most popular restaurant in this area😍
When I went there before 6pm on Saturday night, there was a sign saying they were closed😱
I gave up, thinking they had run out of soup, but I was frustrated, so I decided to try again on Sunday at around 11:20pm!
I called the restaurant to make sure they were open, but despite the bad weather that day, with rain and snow, there was a line before they even opened😳
After waiting in line in the snow for 20-30 minutes, we were finally able to get in!
We were shown to a tatami room, and the inside of the restaurant was much larger than it looked from the outside.
I ordered the local specialty, Chinese noodles topped with lots of back fat, as well as fried rice and gyoza because I wanted to try other things as well 🙌🏻
The fried rice was light and fluffy with a strong egg flavor and was delicious 😋
The gyoza were also bigger than I'd ever seen, packed with plenty of ingredients and overflowing with meat juice, making an impact! 🥟
The skin was slightly grilled in a lot of oil, giving it a crispy texture and a fragrant taste, almost like it had been fried!! ! And the main ramen is back fat ramen, but the soup is very light and not heavy at all, so you can drink it all up🍜
The thick curly noodles are well mixed with the soup and back fat, and it was very delicious💓
I think it's worth waiting in line🤩
The people at the restaurant are all very friendly and nice✨
It's one of the restaurants I want to go to again😚
