He has returned to Tibet alone. He tells the truth that offends people.

1. Lightning protection
1. It is best not to look for a travel partner online. Many people are just travel agents. A friend of mine was deceived. After being deceived into signing up for a tour group, he could not find anyone in Lhasa. If you want to travel alone, you can I picked it up on the road or in a youth hostel in Lhasa. This one is more reliable if you meet it in person.
2. Don’t bring a suitcase that is too big, 24 inches is fine, it is inconvenient to bring a large suitcase and it will not fit in the trunk when traveling with a group.
3. Don’t buy oxygen cylinders in advance, as they are not allowed on planes or trains.
4. Don’t bring too many snacks. It’s enough to bring 4 meals for a 2-day train trip. Try to pack light.

2. Transportation
1. You can go to Tibet by train or plane. Whether it is high or not depends on your physical condition.
2. I highly recommend taking the train to Tibet. The most beautiful scenery in Tibet is worth it. Listening to the train conductor's explanation and the atmosphere in the car, you can feel the mood of pilgrimage even more.
3. To go to the airport, you can directly navigate to "Lhasa Civil Aviation Bureau". There are buses to the airport for 30 yuan, or you can find a ride-sharing car for 50 yuan. It costs more than 200 yuan to take Didi by yourself.
4. You have about 20 minutes to transfer at Xining Station. You can take photos with everyone. Remember to look carefully when cleaning the windows. Don't clean the wrong ones.
5. What to do if you can’t buy a ticket: buy a ticket for more stops, buy a long ticket and ride a short one, or find a way to get to Xining first, and then go to Lhasa from Xining. The most beautiful trains into Tibet will stop at Xining. There are many trains from Xining to Lhasa, and most of the time there are tickets. The main scenery starts in Xining, and there is actually nothing to see before that.

3. Altitude sickness problem
1. I don't think altitude sickness is as terrible as what people say online. After landing in Lhasa, I started to enjoy the delicious food. I started to have a headache in the middle of the night. I felt dizzy and couldn't sleep. I checked in and inhaled oxygen from the oxygen concentrator. I took chlorpheniramine and it was relieved later. Woke up and nothing happened
2. Oxygen Lhasa costs 15-20 per bottle. Don’t buy it too expensive. I bought 4 bottles in total.
3. Don't buy a large oxygen tank when climbing Mount Everest unless you have to. If it's not so heavy, you will get altitude sickness if you drag it up.
4. Coke can really help relieve altitude sickness. You can send a few more bottles to Lhasa. Things at tourist attractions are very expensive.
5. There is no need to buy a lot of altitude sickness medicine. I only brought glucose and buprofen. You can buy medicine according to your own situation when you arrive in Lhasa.
6. Stop physical exercise before entering Tibet and reduce strenuous exercise after entering Tibet

IV. About group tour
1. Don't trust those tour groups that cost 1,000 to 2,000 yuan for 6-7 days. The tickets for the attractions alone cost hundreds of yuan, plus the transportation, fuel, accommodation and food. Just think about it and you will know that there must be something fishy.
2. If you want to have an in-depth tour, it is recommended to join a pure play group of about 10 people. It is more free and the most beautiful scenery is on the road. When you see good scenery, you can get off the car to take photos and check in. The trip will not be rushed.
3. Self-driving is not recommended for the first time. It is very dangerous without high-altitude driving experience. My itinerary was to play in Lhasa for two days by myself, and then I chose a group to go out in Lhasa. The experience was also very good and there was no pitfall.
4. The bus tour is cheap, but you must be prepared to sleep on the bus. Be careful to distinguish whether it is a real pure play tour. Don't have too high expectations, after all, where is the price?
