Discovered a "less crowded and stunning" hidden gem in Guizhou for a summer vacation with kids—Maolan Qinglongtan. Compared to those overcrowded scenic spots where you can barely breathe, this is truly the pinnacle of nature! 😭

The moment you step in, it feels like entering a real-life Wizard of Oz! 🌿 The pool water is as green as a huge emerald, so clear you can see the stones at the bottom. When the sunlight shines down, the water surface sparkles beautifully, breathtakingly so. I heard this is a unique karst landform underground river exposure, and I have to say: nature is just amazing!

Hiking with kids here is totally stress-free! The whole way is surrounded by dense bamboo forests and woods, providing maximum shade, so it’s not sunny at all. The air is as fresh as if it’s been washed, full of negative oxygen ions. After a few steps, you want to take deep breaths, feeling like your lungs are being purified! Beneath your feet, there’s a babbling stream, and around you, the sounds of birds and water blend together. This close-to-nature feeling is really 100 times more comfortable than queuing in crowded scenic spots!

🌟 Two must-visit spots with kids:
▫️ Qinglong Waterfall: Not very big but super majestic! The water rushes down from a height with a roar, and the splashing water creates rainbows 🌈 in the sunlight. The kids stared at it for a long time and didn’t want to move away~
▫️ Crab Gully: Promise me you must bring your kids here! The water in the gully is shallow, with many little crabs crawling in the cracks of the stones 🦀 Roll up your pants and step in, chase crabs with your kids, and play until you’re soaking wet and don’t want to leave. This is exactly how summer vacation should be!

I really don’t want to recommend this to too many people (afraid it will get crowded later), but if you want to avoid crowds and immerse yourself in fresh air with kids, this place is definitely the right choice! I’ll come again next time~
