Two-Day Tour in Guilin, Guangxi

As a local from Guangxi, I recommend everyone visit Guilin if you have the time. Guilin has a wonderful environment, with clear mountains and clean waters, birds singing and flowers blooming. It is famously known as having the best landscape in the world.
When I was studying in Guangxi, I visited Guilin during holidays. Here are some suggestions for you:
Itinerary: I suggest dividing the trip into two days to leisurely enjoy the beauty of the mountains and waters.
Day 1: Travel from Guilin to Yangshuo and experience the Li River bamboo raft drifting (from Yangdi to Xingping). You can personally feel the poetic scene of "a boat floating on emerald waves, people traveling in a painting," and take photos at the background featured on the 20 yuan banknote. In the afternoon, you can rent an electric bike or bicycle to roam along the Yulong River trail or the Ten-Mile Gallery, weaving through rice fields and karst peaks.
· Day 2: You can choose to visit the karst cave Silver Cave, where you can admire the unique stalactite formations in a cool 16°C environment.
· Featured activities:
· Li River bamboo raft drifting: This is the core way to experience the scenery of the Li River.
· Countryside cycling: Rent an electric bike to freely explore the rural paths of Yangshuo, the best way to immerse yourself in local life.
