Zhejiang Lishui was formerly known as "Chuzhou", which was first named in the ninth year of the Sui Kaihuang era, that is, in 589 AD, and has a history of more than 1400 years, leaving behind many famous cultural relics.
In the Liandu District of Lishui city, there is still a section of the ancient "Chuzhou Prefecture City Wall", which has been built through the Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. Today, it remains one of the most representative cultural relics in Lishui city area, with very important historical, scientific, and artistic value, attracting a large number of tourists to come for sightseeing.
Inside the "Chuzhou Prefecture City Wall" is the "Chuzhou Prefecture City", which also has many cultural relics and historical buildings. After a comprehensive upgrade and transformation, "Chuzhou Prefecture City" has become increasingly "integrated with ancient and modern times". Many modern and traditional buildings here complement each other, and there are also fashionably styled cafes, restaurants, and cultural and creative shops, making it a great place for locals and tourists to relax and entertain.
Not far from "Chuzhou Prefecture City", there is also the only astronomical culture-themed building in the country - Yingxing Building, as well as the newly built Binshui Park, which are also great places to visit and play.
