Sofitel Metropole Hanoi, a 122 years hotel

From the moment I step into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and friendly smiles from the front desk. From check in to breakfast to check out, everything was impeccable. I am truly impressed by the standards set by this hotel and the warmth hospitality by Hanoians.

The hotel itself is full of history. Opened in 1901, it hosted famous guests like Charlie Chaplin, Angelina Jolie and even hosted the famous Trump Kim Summit in 2019.

The rooms are of decent size, but luxuriously decorated. The toiletries given is from Balmain.

There is Hermes, Rolex and other luxury shops on the ground floor of the hotel. Also there is a popular bar called Angelina Bar which is very instagrammable. I also notice alot of models/influencers coming to the outside of hotel to take photos.

During my stay, the hotel was kind enough to give me a box of chocolate from their chocolatier shop down there. I was in awe after I found out the price they sell in the shop!

Overall a very nice and relaxing stay in the hotel. Come here to stay, this hotel will certainly pamper you to the fullest, be it a staycation, business or leisure stay.
