London | The brilliant afternoon tea experience in The Savoy

A friend came to visit London this time, so we went for afternoon tea at The Savoy Hotel. Honestly, it was pretty nice — the atmosphere was cozy and not too crowded.


We chose the classic set. One of the chicken sandwiches was especially delicious — a perfect balance of sweet and savory. It really stood out!


The scones were freshly baked and super soft. Paired with clotted cream and strawberry jam, they were absolutely delightful!


I tried two types of tea — started with oolong, but it felt a bit too light with the sandwiches. Earl Grey was a much better match!


The desserts were quite sweet overall, but everything was beautifully crafted — from the dark chocolate to the raspberry treats.
