Wat Xieng Thong, the most famous temple in Luang Prabang

There are countless temples scattered throughout Luang Prabang, but Wat Xieng Thong is one of the most elegant and prestigious.

It has a history of over 450 years, and in addition to the main hall, the grounds also contain buildings unique to Luang Prabang, such as facilities for training and boat warehouses. The roof is called Luang Prabang style, and is characterized by its multi-layered structure and elegant curves.
