Emerald Green Paradise: Tat Kuang Si Waterfalls

Located approximately 30–35 kilometers from Luang Prabang, Tat Kuang Si Waterfalls is a stunning limestone waterfall. It consists of four tiers with a total height of about 75 meters. Each tier features crystal-clear emerald green pools, making it an ideal spot for swimming and photography.

Highlights
Tiers 1–2: The cascading water creates a picturesque view, and visitors can enjoy swimming here.
Tier 3: A tranquil and lush area perfect for nature walks.
Tier 4: The tallest and most magnificent tier, with a height of about 70 meters. The water flowing down the limestone cliffs resembles a painting.
🐻 Bear Rescue Center
On the way to the waterfalls, there is a Bear Rescue Center where bears rescued from poaching and illegal wildlife trade are cared for. Visitors can learn about the rescue efforts and observe the bears.

Opening Hours: Daily from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Entrance Fee: 20,000 Kip (approximately 80 Baht)

Access
It takes about 45–60 minutes by car from Luang Prabang.
Transportation options include tuk-tuks or minivans, with fares ranging from 60,000 to 250,000 Kip.
