A breathtaking encounter with ancient Egypt from the skies

Starting at dawn, the Luxor Balloon Tour was truly worth the early wake-up call. As the hot air balloon gently ascended, the stunning scenery unfolded before my eyes, and I immediately thought, "I would have regretted missing this experience."

From above, the West Bank's archaeological sites—Hatshepsut's Mortuary Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Valley of the Kings—appeared like a giant puzzle. The view extended across the Nile River to the East Bank, capturing the stark contrast between the monochrome desert, the blue Nile, and the lush green fields in between. The dramatic contrasts were absolutely mesmerizing.

The balloon moved smoothly, and the guide's commentary added to the enjoyment. Floating quietly amidst the 360-degree panoramic views felt truly magical.
