The experience of staying at the St. Regis Macau was simply amazing! From the hotel services to the room facilities, every detail made me feel extremely satisfied.

Firstly, the service at the hotel was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and professional and always resolves my questions promptly. During the check-in process, the staff introduced the hotel's facilities and services to me in detail, which made me feel very considerate. They also "made the bed" for me in advance, making it more convenient for me to go to bed. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service, which allows me to easily reach the surrounding attractions and delicious restaurants. The St. Regis’ butler service is extremely famous, but I already knew Macau very well, so I didn’t use it much.

Secondly, the guest room facilities are very luxurious. The room had a super comfy king bed and a luxurious bath and shower.
