The first choice for the Christmas trip was to stay at the Andaz Macau. The hundreds of reviews for good service really lived up to its reputation. From the moment I checked in, I felt the hospitality of every employee in the hotel. Whether it was the waiter who opened the door in the lobby or the staff in the corridor, they would smile and greet us actively. The front desk staff who checked in also took the initiative to take us to the elevator lobby and introduced the hotel's various facilities and opening hours.
I would also like to give a special compliment to the lobby manager, Mr. Rudy, who knew I wanted to keep the hotel room card and took the initiative to give me a small gift with Macau characteristics when I checked out. The hotel's attentive hospitality can be seen everywhere.

This time I stayed in a high-floor room. The room uses a lot of high-tech, such as a smart toilet, a misted glass in the bathroom to ensure privacy, wireless charging at the bedside, and a wireless Bluetooth speaker. Basically, the facilities and hygiene are impeccable. After all, the hotel has only been open for three months.
The nightly turndown service in the guest room is also very attentive. The cleaning staff will also tie up my messy charging cable neatly. The snacks, drinks and red wine in the mini bar are all free to enjoy🥂

There is a fitness room on the 6th floor of the hotel (open 24 hours), an indoor heated swimming pool, and Andaz Lounge.
In addition, there is a large sofa rest area opposite the check-in desk. Simple tea is provided for guests to enjoy. Guests can also take a quiet rest while waiting for check-in.

In terms of transportation, the hotel provides free shuttle buses to connect the Galaxy Crystal Lobby and Diamond Lobby (approximately every 10 minutes, and the last bus is at 20:00)
