More than a hundred years old, is one of the top 4 squares in Macau. Surrounded by European-style buildings and churches influenced by Portugal, there are shops open on both sides. It is a winding walkway that leads to various tourist attractions such as the Ruins of St. Paul's, Monte Cannon, Macau Museum. Most of the shops are souvenir shops, clothing stores, and Chinese restaurants.
Making it a bustling spot all day long.

Senado Square is registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The walkways are decorated with colorful tiles and mosaic stones in a pattern resembling waves designed by the Portuguese. The European-style buildings surrounding the square have a rule that shops are not allowed to decorate the front walls of the building by themselves. If you want to change it, you must notify the government officials first. Therefore, the buildings remain. The original style remains until today
