Managed by the renowned Michelin-starred chef, British culinary legend Gordon Ramsay, this authentic English pub and steakhouse boasts an elegant design filled with British interior characteristics, predominantly in brown with dark green accents.

The must-order dish at this restaurant is undoubtedly the Beef Wellington, with its melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, a memorable delicacy. The Wellington is wrapped in mushrooms and truffles, with a layer of pancake and a crispy crust.

For starters, the large scallops paired with cauliflower, black pudding, roasted pine nuts, and raisins create a unique blend of flavors, with the sweetness of the raisins and the crunchiness of the pine nuts.

The Pumpkin Velouté is enhanced with foie gras, croutons, and sage, served in an exquisite presentation using Japanese white pumpkin, offering a subtle pumpkin aroma.

The 64% Chocolate Tart is rich in flavor, served with a special cream cheese ice cream. The addition of olive oil to the ice cream is a unique combination, but surprisingly delicious.
