Wonderful Stay with Kind Staff

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the fantastic staff and learned we had been upgraded to a two-bedroom villa, setting a great tone for our trip. The room was spotless. Buggy carts were available round the clock to transport us throughout the vast resort. The staff was extremely welcoming and responsive to all our questions and concerns. We experienced a minor issue with the bathroom bulb not working, but the staff promptly addressed it and offered an apology letter along with treats! Although we've traveled extensively, we've never encountered such cordial and friendly service at any hotel we've previously stayed at. Additionally, the breakfast offered an impressive variety of foods. Each dish was delicious, and it was evident that fresh ingredients were used for all. We also dined at the resort's Flame and Amber restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine. The staff was very professional and treated us with the highest level of care. Overall, our time at this resort was fantastic, and we highly recommend anyone visiting Koh Samui to stay at the Intercontinental for an unparalleled experience. Huge thanks to the staff for their remarkable service.
