Macau's culinary pinnacle! Po Ching Hin Portuguese Cuisine is a divine experience.

Travel Guide
If you're visiting Macau and don't try Portuguese cuisine, it's like you haven't been here at all! Following a recommendation from a friend at the University of Macau, I checked out "Po Ching Hin" on Rua do Cunha, and this Michelin-recommended restaurant completely won me over, shattering all my preconceptions about Portuguese food!

Stepping into the restaurant feels like traveling back to classical Europe! The deep red walls paired with gilded carvings, crystal chandeliers casting warm light, and live piano performances create an atmosphere brimming with vintage charm 💫. It's perfect for taking photos and checking in on social media, and an ideal spot for romantic dates!

Every dish is a masterpiece! The must-try flame-grilled Portuguese sausage is a showstopper. A server wheels a cart to your table and grills the sausage on the spot🔥. The high-temperature torch creates a crispy exterior while keeping the inside tender and juicy. The sausage is packed with robust flavors and unique spices, complemented by a sweet and tangy sauce that balances the richness—it's impossible to stop eating! The chef's special crab-stuffed crab shell is another standout dish that will leave you in awe. Digging into the crab shell filled with crab meat releases a rich seafood aroma. The crab meat is plump and sweet, mixed with creamy cheese sauce for a texture that's both smooth and springy. You'll want to lick the plate clean! Other classic dishes include the Portuguese pork chop bun and Portuguese chicken. The pork chop is crispy on the outside and tender inside, while the Portuguese chicken curry is rich and flavorful—perfect for mixing with rice, and you'll easily devour two bowls!

Portions are generous, and you can feast for just around 150 MOP per person! The service is incredibly attentive, with smiles all around. If you're in Macau and want to savor authentic Portuguese cuisine, this place is a top choice! Grab your foodie friends and head over—you won't be disappointed!
