Don't be deceived by the hotel's exterior, which reflects a design from decades ago. Once you step into the lobby, you'll still find it luxurious. Formerly the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, it has been well-maintained. The front desk staff and other employees are very courteous, and the room arrangements are thoughtful and satisfying. The check-in process is smooth.
The rooms are clean and tidy, with every small chip on the furniture carefully repaired and re-polished, showing great care for the hotel. There are also several restaurants, with the Chinese restaurant offering good value for money. However, the hotel does not have a casino, and the nearest convenience store is a 10-minute walk away, which is slightly inconvenient. The key highlight is its proximity to the pier, and the prices remain reasonable even during peak seasons. Looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Macau.
