Visit the World Cultural Heritage: Macau's Ruins of St. Paul's 🏠

Don't even think you've been to Macau if you haven't visited the Ruins of St. Paul's. ❗It's an absolutely iconic photo-op.❗ Built in 1602, the church was nearly completely destroyed by fire in 1835. Now, only the beautiful stone steps and a relatively intact sign remain, making it a popular photo spot for tourists. It's incredibly crowded during peak season. 🤣🤣🤣

The Ruins of St. Paul's exterior blends Baroque and Chinese styles, with intricate carvings showcasing the techniques of ancient religious art. Visitors can take a leisurely stroll up the stone steps, enjoying the stunning views and cityscape while finding the perfect photo spot. You can also sit on the steps at the very edge to take photos. 📸

📸Photography Spot: There's actually a hidden gem for taking photos of the Ruins of St. Paul's. It's located on the second floor of Uniqlo, just to the right of the stone steps before you ascend. You'll need to queue for this hidden gem, but you can perfectly capture both the people and the Ruins of St. Paul's in the frame, creating a stunning and romantic effect. 🩷

The Ruins of St. Paul's is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you want to get to know Macau, go there. 🤣🤣 Along the way, you'll see Senate Square, the square's fountain, the Macau General Post Office, the yellow St. Dominic's Church (arguably Macau's most beautiful Catholic church, open for tours), and Love Lane.

Recommended dessert: Lemon Chelo. Awarded a Michelin Street Food recommendation for four consecutive years (2016-2019), this authentic Italian handmade gelato shop offers a wide variety of flavors, making it difficult to choose. The owner is always willing to offer samples. 😋

Price: One scoop 30 MOP; Two scoops 45 MOP; Three scoops 55 MOP
