First, fill your stomach during transit time

My first time in the Philippines 🇵🇭 was so hot!
It was around 40°C and a little humid, just like Japan.
But the sun was just as strong as the real thing.
Sunscreen 🧴 was a must! ︎
My final destination was El Nido, so I decided to have some Filipino food during my transit, so I took a Grab from Terminal 2 to the nearest shopping mall.
It was too far away, so I didn't want to rush back.

I checked out the Filipino dishes while looking at the menus in front of the stores,
and after asking the staff for recommendations, I chose the dishes that were perfect.
Everything was perfect.👍
That experience instantly made me fall in love with the Philippines.❤️
I don't remember the name of the dish, so please take a look at the photo.🤳
This soup, similar to ginseng chicken soup, was especially delicious.
The meat was tender and the meat broth was really strong.🍲
The pineapple shake 🍍 also had the perfect balance of sweet and sour,
and it really helped blow away the heat.
It seems like fruit shakes are the norm, not juices.

An addictively refreshing drink🍹

Stay tuned for the rest of my Philippines travelogue😊
