Luxury, Serenity & Sunset Views: My Perfect Stay at The Westin Turtle Bay, Mauritius

If you’re planning a peaceful and luxurious escape in Mauritius, I can’t recommend The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa enough. My stay here was truly unforgettable — from the warm hospitality to the incredible views, everything was spot-on.

Located on the northwest coast, the resort is surrounded by lush gardens and a calm turquoise lagoon. My room was spacious, stylish, and had a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Waking up to that scenery every morning was pure bliss.

The food was a real highlight. I enjoyed everything from traditional Mauritian flavors to fresh seafood and international cuisine — all served in stunning beachside settings. Dining at sunset was magical.

The Heavenly Spa lives up to its name. I also joined a sunrise yoga session by the ocean, which was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. The beach is perfect for kayaking or simply lounging with a drink and listening to the waves.
