Melbourne, Australia's emotional city where alleys and art come alive

#July Travel Support Fund

Melbourne is the most cultural and artistic city in Australia, and it was rightly said. The first schedule started at Flinders Street Station, and the contrast between the classic buildings and the modern Federation Square across the street showed the charm of Melbourne well.

Going a little further in, Hosier Lane unfolded. The street art painted all over the walls changed every time, making it like a living art gallery. It was also special to stop by a small cafe nearby and have a break while drinking Melbourne's signature coffee, Flat White.

The magnificent dome-shaped reading room of the State Library of Victoria was overwhelmingly beautiful, and the Melbourne Museum allowed me to see the city's history, nature, and culture at a glance. In the afternoon, I took a walk along the Yarra River and enjoyed the leisurely feeling that can be felt in the city.

The red sky and sea seen from St. Kilda Beach in the evening were the highlights of my trip to Melbourne. It was a city with hidden art, stories, and romance in every alley.
