[Miki] If you're going in July, it's best to go early

As of late June, the 2024 Hydrangea Flora Miki "Blue Valley" was noticeably green. I now understand why there were fewer flowers blooming this year, as stated in the announcement. Some petals were starting to contain brown. Still, it was enjoyable, but if you're going to go, I recommend going early.
