The Fairy Tale Castle Closest to Your Heart | Dongfeng Yun in Yunnan's Mile

Dongfeng Yun is a man-made scenic area designed by artist Luo Xu. It is said to have been built with over 7 million red bricks and is known as 'Little Morocco'. The architectural style is very distinctive and offers superb photo opportunities.

Xiuwei Gate
The white building at the entrance of the scenic area is also quite beautiful for taking pictures.
Kaleidoscope Art Museum
The building, shaped like a red brick wine bottle with a flame, integrates Mile's red wine culture with the fire culture of the Yi minority's Axi people, creating a strong visual impact. Every casual snapshot is a masterpiece!
Half Cloud Artist's Reception Room
The construction style of Half Cloud is basically the same as that of the Kaleidoscope Art Museum, with strange shapes, but it resembles 'a half cloud at the edge of the sky'.
Colorful Flower Field, also known as Lavender Manor
This place is hailed as the 'Provence of Central Yunnan', but actually, there is no lavender, haha, it's all large patches of verbena, with the flowering period from April to October~
There is also a railway in the flower sea, engraved with 'I love you' in different languages.
Stamp Workshop
At the end of the flower field is the Stamp Workshop, which unlike the rounded buildings of the Kaleidoscope and Reception Room, is angular and cylindrical, arranged like a series of stamps.

Location: 22 kilometers from the city of Mile, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province
Transportation: Take bus number 1 from Mile High-Speed Train Station and walk about 800m to arrive, approximately 20 minutes.

1. Scenic area admission adult ticket 60 yuan
2. Separate round-trip shuttle ticket 20 yuan
(The shuttle departs from the Comprehensive Service Area and returns from the Agricultural Reclamation Parking Lot)
3. Ticket plus round-trip shuttle ticket 80 yuan

Little tips
1. Definitely avoid the pink sand beach inside the scenic area, it's a rip-off and not worth the photo!
2. Please prepare a small medicine pack (e.g., montmorillonite, intestinal antiseptic, floral water, etc.)
3. The temperature varies greatly between day and night, please remember to bring a light jacket/shawl.
