[Hyogo Prefecture] Matsuba Sushi - Enjoy fresh seafood

This is a long-established sushi restaurant founded in 1932. They can accommodate a variety of purposes, from rooms that can accommodate large groups to individual use. Matsubasushi also allows pets (pets must be kept in a cage).
You can choose from a wide variety of menu items, including seasonal seafood from Awaji Island and Awaji beef. This time, I tried the spring limited menu item, "Awaji Island Sakuramasu Sea Urchin Shabu-Shabu," which I've always wanted to try. It's a luxurious dish that uses sea urchin in the broth and was absolutely delicious! The sea urchin that came with it was caught at Yura Port and was also delicious♪
