A shop we stopped by on our walk after going to Kurokawa Onsen

There were lots of delicious looking cakes and baked goods lined up inside the shop

But this is what we were looking for
✤ Jersey cream puffs
After receiving our order, they fill it with custard cream made from Jersey milk from Oguni-machi and eggs from Yamato-machi called "Soyo no Tsuki"

The choux pastry is filled with salt koji, and the choux pastry is topped with almonds and baked to a crisp!

There were only four left, so we were just in time

The shop staff told us, "It's delicious to take it home and eat it, but it's even more delicious if you eat it early," so we sat at a table in front of the shop and ate it

The custard cream was plentiful as well as the pastry, and it was really delicious! I regret not buying pudding as well (｡-_-｡)
