MiZhi County in Shaanxi, a thousand-year-old city witnessing the rise and fall of King Li Chuang

MiZhi County, formerly known as "Yinzhou", is located in the middle reaches of the Wuding River in the eastern part of Yulin City, Shaanxi Province, adjacent to Jiazhou in the east, bordering Suide in the south, and beyond the Great Wall in the north.
MiZhi has many cultural and tourism resources such as the ancient city of MiZhi cave, Li Zicheng's palace, the old site of Yangjia Gully Revolution (Ma's Manor), Jiang's Manor, Chang's Manor, Li Dingming's mausoleum and former residence, Du Bincheng Memorial Hall, Shajiadian Battle Site, Diao Chan Cave, Liujiawa, Gaoxigou, Wanfo Cave Grottoes, etc. It is the central and core part of the southern line of Yulin City's tourism and a famous scenic spot in the northern line of Shaanxi tourism.

Most beautiful spots: Li Zicheng's palace, Jiang's Manor, Wanfo Cave.
"Xintianyou" and "Xiaodiao" are the most characteristic folk songs in northern Shaanxi, reflecting love, marriage, resistance to oppression, and the pursuit of freedom.
Transportation route
It takes more than an hour to take a bus from Yulin Long-distance Bus Station to MiZhi, or you can take a train to Xi'an or Yan'an first and then transfer to the local long-distance bus. It takes about 8 hours from Xi'an to MiZhi and about 4 hours from Yan'an to MiZhi.
Must-visit attractions
Li Zicheng's palace: Li Zicheng's palace is located at the southern foot of Panlong Mountain (formerly known as Ma'anshan) in the north of MiZhi County, covering an area of 3996 square meters and a building area of 174 square meters. It is now a key cultural relic protection unit in Shaanxi Province.
Jiang's Manor: Jiang's Manor is located in Qiaohecha Township, 16 kilometers southeast of the county seat. It was designed by experts from Beijing and built by skilled craftsmen in the county.
Wanfo Cave: Wanfo Cave is located on the cliff on the east bank of Dinghe, 7 kilometers south of the county seat. It is a rare group of large cliff grottoes in northern Shaanxi.
Local delicacies
The delicacies of MiZhi include: steamed meatballs, rice wine, millet oil cake, potatoes, and Jia Mi donkey.
