Chose the traditional beef bone soup for the soup base, which is rich and flavorful. Every ingredient dipped in the soup base becomes deliciously fresh.

The set meal comes with a beef platter where you can choose 2 types of meat. I chose the neck spine and tendon meat. Among the two, I particularly like the tendon meat for its tender and crunchy texture, which is a special sensation. However, eating just one or two plates of beef is not enough, so for an additional HK$33, you can enjoy 60 minutes all-you-can-eat Taiwanese warm beef (Taiwanese premium beef: Taiwanese beef brisket, neck spine, and tendon meat), a must-order for meat lovers!!

The set also includes a vegetable platter, udon/noodles, providing a balanced and filling meal😚

For drinks, you can choose traditional winter melon tea, camellia oolong, or jasmine Maojian, or pay extra to upgrade to a special drink. The drinks are ice-cold, not too sweet, perfect for hot pot.
