Mong Kok High-Quality A4 Wagyu Beef Hot Pot

I went to Niu Da Ren Taiwanese Hot Pot in King Wah Centre, Mong Kok, for an all-you-can-eat meal. The restaurant is spacious and offers reserved seating. 😆
It turns out Niu Da Ren is celebrating its fifth anniversary! 🎉 and is offering a 120-minute all-you-can-eat dinner set menu featuring Japanese Kuroge Wagyu A4+ for just $498 per person.

There are several soup bases to choose from, but I opted for the richer braised beef bone pot. 🥘

The Wagyu beef is vibrantly colored and melts in your mouth, tender and juicy, with a rich beef flavor. 😍

Iberico Iberico Pork Pork Belly 🐷
The pork belly boasts a rich, savory flavor, with just the right amount of fat and lean meat. 😋

M9 Wagyu Beef Meatballs 🍡
The Wagyu Beef Meatballs are tender and juicy, yet have a nice, chewy texture. 😛

Fresh Seafood Platter
Including scallops, razor clams, abalone, and oysters. Everything is incredibly flavorful.

Three Abalone Flavors

There are three cooking methods, including Traditional Drunken Abalone, Charcoal-Grilled Salt and Scallion Abalone, and Pomelo-Grilled Abalone. Each recipe uses fresh abalone.

Shrimp:

The shrimp are sweet and chewy, with a delicious texture.

Taiwanese Snapper Slices:

The snapper slices are thinly sliced and have a sweet and fresh flavor.

Penghu Squid Paste:

Penghu Squid Paste is sweet and chewy, with a rich texture.

Crispy Fried Fish Skin:

Crispy, mellow, and has a subtle fishy flavor.
