The restaurant is themed around rocks, with a dark environment that gives a mysterious vibe. The highlight here is Jeju BBQ, where the meat is grilled on a rock slab, which is quite unique! After ordering, the staff immediately serve a variety of appetizers and seasonings, including citrus salad, raw beef, spicy squid, pickled radish, and more. There is also a large portion of spicy kimchi, served hot on the rock slab, fragrant and flavorful.
🔹THE JEJU set menu - B set $376
🐖Hangari Pork Belly 450g
Jeju pork belly is served in a jar, with a generous portion and good presentation. Staff assist with grilling the meat throughout, so you can enjoy it without lifting a finger. The pork has a rich texture with alternating fat and lean parts, and pairing it with different seasonings (rock salt, mustard, sesame oil, Korean chili paste, etc.) adds layers of flavor!
🍜Chapagetti Jjajang Ramen
The jjajang ramen is pre-cooked, and when served, the staff stir-fry the noodles a bit on the stone slab to dry them slightly. The sauce is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have a slightly chewy texture, making for a great mouthfeel.
🧀Rice Cake & Cheese $40
Chewy rice cakes combined with rich cheese and pork belly create a strong Korean flavor. Highly recommended to order and try.
🗿Jeju Yeah Yeah $70
The design is adorable; the statue is a mousse made from black sesame with a rich taste, accompanied by vanilla ice cream and crushed Oreos. The presentation is perfect.
🍹Hallasan Passion Fruit Slush $48
Sweet and sour, very refreshing and icy.
🥃Strawberry Makgeolli $48
Makgeolli mixed with strawberry syrup, sweet with a hint of alcohol, easy to drink.
