Nestled close to the iconic Izmaylovo Park lies Terletsky Park, named after General Alexander Terletskii who initiated the development of this area at the beginning of the 20th century. During Soviet times, it transformed into a cultural hub offering respite and leisure activities for locals.

In 2007, the park underwent significant renovation introducing modern relaxation zones, sports facilities, and refurbishing five ponds that form a picturesque cascade. Further enhancements came between 2017–2018 when tennis courts and football/volleyball fields were added.
