Take a pilgrimage to ask for blessings at Wat Phra Non Chaksi Worawihan

Today I had the opportunity to pay homage and ask for blessings at Wat Phra Non Chaksi Worawihan, Singburi Province. It is another beautiful temple and a great place to make merit.
Wat Phra Non Chaksi Worawihan is a third-class royal temple located in Chaksi Subdistrict, Mueang Singburi District, Singburi Province. Inside Wat Phra Non Chaksi Worawihan, there is a chapel where the Chaksi Reclining Buddha, a large reclining Buddha, is enshrined. It is the third largest reclining Buddha in Thailand, second only to Somdet Phra Sakyamuni Sri Sumet Bophit at Wat Bang Phli Yai Klang.

Inside Wat Phra Non Chaksi, there is also a “Must-See Market”, a market where locals and people in the community bring their own products to sell, such as vegetables 🥦, fruits 🍊, chili paste 🌶️, the province’s famous fermented fish products, OTOP products, and products from the group that are community enterprises.
