Address: 115, Hill Road, Old Rajaram Wadi, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050, India 🇮🇳.
St. Andrew's Church is one of the oldest churches in Mumbai, originally built by Portuguese Jesuits in 1575. The church has a Portuguese-style facade.
The architecture of the church is very beautiful. It is a Roman Catholic church under the Deanery of Bandra in Mumbai and was the only church there until the first quarter of the 17th century. The interior of the church is simple with wooden benches, golden altar, side altars, windows pulpit, etc. The main altar has a barrel vaulted ceiling. There are gravestones inside and outside the church. Outside the church, there are statues of Jesus Christ and a crucifix. This church is an ideal place of worship for Catholics and people of other faiths. It is worth a visit.
