The first thing that struck me upon arriving was the sheer force of the rugged rocks and expansive ocean.
The coast, lined with striped rocks known as "turbidite layers," felt like the history of the Earth was right in front of my eyes. 🌍
The view from Cape Muroto Lighthouse was truly spectacular, and at sunset, I was captivated by the beauty of the sky and sea blending together.

In addition, there are plenty of unique experience spots, such as the Muroto Dolphin Center, where you can interact with dolphins, and the Muroto Abandoned School Aquarium, housed in a renovated abandoned school. 🐬

If you're traveling by public transportation, take a bus from Kochi Station to the Aki Office and transfer to Cape Muroto. 🚌
