[Nagano] A famous soba restaurant recommended by locals!

Nagano is synonymous with soba noodles.

I thought I'd go to a good restaurant anyway, so I went here on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Nagano 🥰

As soon as I arrived, there were customers lining up before the restaurant opened, so you could tell how popular it is.

You take off your shoes and enter the restaurant in slippers ✨

When I went inside, I found it to be clean and bright, with flowers displayed throughout the restaurant, and a very comfortable atmosphere ☺️💐

Only available on weekends, they also serve country soba noodles, and there are thicker noodles, so it's definitely worth trying!

But if you like thin noodles, you can also enjoy the aroma and firmness of the soba noodles with regular Zaru Soba.

If you can't decide, I recommend Zaru Soba.
