Christmas tree-style illuminations at Karuizawa Prince Shopping Plaza

In the winter season, various illuminations are set up in Karuizawa Shopping Plaza, but in front of the pond, there was a Christmas tree-like thing like this. There was also a bell set up, which made me think that there would be a lot of people visiting at night.
