A place you'll want to visit even if you're not a Ryoma fan

Ryoma's Boots Statue

These Statues are located in a pocket park in front of the Kameyamashachu Gate, offering a spectacular view of Nagasaki Port and the cityscape. You can actually put your feet in the boots, making them a popular spot for commemorative photos. Crossing your arms and taking in the panoramic view of Nagasaki, you can really feel like Ryoma himself! 👢👢

I felt like crossing my arms and screaming! ✨✨
The dawn of Japan is ('-' ).........Zeyo! ✨✨

The surrounding area is dotted with Ryoma-related sites, including the remains of the Kameyamashachu and a statue of Ryoma Sakamoto. The stone-stepped slope leading from the intersection of Zenrinji Temple and Jinsouji Temple on Teramachi Street, past the remains of the Kameyamashachu, to Kazegashira Park, is known as "Ryoma Street" and is a historical walking trail through Nagasaki City.
