[Okayama] Calling all photography lovers! Art and architecture space where you can take pictures freely 🇯🇵

Nagi MOCA (Nagi Museum of Contemporary Art) in Nagi Town, Okayama Prefecture, features three exhibition rooms designed by Arata Isozaki: "Sun," "Moon," and "Earth." The Sun Room is also a popular photo spot. It is positioned so that the central axis of the room is exactly aligned with the north-south axis. This allows light to enter the room from the front, creating beautiful silhouette photos that look like paintings. Outside, contemporary art pieces are scattered across the grassland, making it seem like an open-air art museum. In the silence, the scenery and art come together, leaving you with a pleasant aftertaste that can only be experienced here. Address: 441 Toyosawa, Nagi-cho, Katsuta-gun, Okayama

Opening hours: 9:30-17:00 (last entry 16:30)
