Hisaya Odori Garden is located at the southern end of Hisaya Odori Park in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is separated from the Chubu Electric Power Tower at the northern end. The garden consists of six different themed gardens. Hisaya Odori Garden opened in May 1998, initially focusing on orchids. However, due to a lack of visitors, it was temporarily closed in 2014 and underwent redesign and renovation to become what it is today. The garden area is not large, with a pond in the middle and a surrounding walkway. Different flowers bloom in each season, and during special festivals, the garden is decorated to match the festive theme. There is a scenic restaurant in the garden where visitors can rest and eat if they are tired or hungry.
