A hidden ramen shop in the market, Menya Yukitaku's thick soup and barbecued pork rice are amazing

After visiting the market, I was hungry and accidentally found this "Menya Yukitaku" hidden on the second floor of the market. I ordered food from the self-service vending machine. There are many options, from salted chicken soup to rich pork bone. I ordered "Light Tonkotsu Ramen" ¥1000. The soup is smooth but not greasy. The ingredients include black fungus, chopped green onions, soft-boiled eggs and two slices of barbecued pork, which are very comfortable.

In addition, I ordered a bowl of "Mini Barbecue Rice" ¥400. The grilled barbecued pork is diced and spread on the rice, and then a raw egg yolk is added. After stirring, the aroma overflows, which is super delicious. I chose Orion draft beer (¥680) as a drink. It is refreshing and not bitter, and it goes well with ramen.

There are not many seats inside, but it is clean and comfortable. The customers are mainly locals. The atmosphere is quiet, not noisy or crowded. It is a small shop worth revisiting.
