🛏️ Warm Hospitality at the Heart of Naha – Naha Tokyu REI Hotel

Our stay at Naha Tokyu REI Hotel was a pleasant one, especially for a city hotel located right near the Naha Bus Terminal—super convenient for travelers planning to explore Okinawa without a car. International Street (Kokusai Dori) is just a short 1km+ stroll away, making it a great base for shopping, food, and sightseeing.

The hotel lobby is located on the 4th floor, and parking is conveniently available just across the road. Rooms were clean and adequately furnished—not huge, but that’s expected of most hotels in city centers in Japan. What stood out most was the impeccable service at the front desk.

We were initially assigned a room that didn’t quite suit our family size, but Jun Wei at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with a room change. His fluency in Chinese made communication easy and seamless, and we were really grateful for his warmth and professionalism. He’s definitely an asset to the hotel.

One nice touch was the free “happy hour” from 3pm to 6pm, where guests can help themselves to complimentary sake, coffee, and other beverages at the lobby—a small gesture, but one that really elevated our experience.

As for breakfast, while the spread wasn’t huge, the quality was decent and enough to start the day right.

All in all, a comfortable stay with great hospitality in the heart of Naha.
