🇯🇵Okinawa International Street🌴Miracle Mile✨

Kokusai-dori in Naha, Okinawa is a vibrant street that stretches about 1.6 kilometers from "Kencho-mae" to "Makishi", with souvenir shops and izakayas with red roofs on both sides. At 3 o'clock in the afternoon, I followed the sound of the shamisin into the alley of "Ukishima-dori" and found a hidden indigo dyeing workshop, where craftsmen were using traditional Ryukyu techniques to make red-dyed cloth. The red taro tower at the corner "Okashi Goten" was fragrant, and the English conversations of US military base personnel were mixed in the queue.

🚗 Transportation:
- Get off at the monorail "Kencho-mae" or "Makishi" station
- It is recommended to go in the evening to avoid the crowds of tour buses

This "Miracle Mile" that was revived after the war still tells the story of the island to travelers with Okinawa's unique mixed culture.
