The Okinawa Prefectural Library, located at Asahibashi Station, is co-located with the Naha Bus Terminal. The first and second floors house the waiting hall and shopping arcade, while the third through fifth floors are used as the library.

The library is centered around a three-story atrium. The interior decor features floral tiles, Ryukyu tiles, Okinawan textiles, and Ryukyu pine motifs, showcasing Okinawa's unique character, nature, and culture.

The fifth floor showcases local Okinawa materials. The study and reading rooms offer ample seating, creating a spacious and comfortable space.
