A bowl of garlicky black soup warms the heart in the alleys – walk into the main restaurant of Ryuya Ramen in Naha Alley and be comforted by the noodles

This street is worth a visit both day and night. I captured Okinawa's unique colors this morning, and the neon lights at night add to the fun. If you can't get enough of this, there's a massive Don Quijote right in the middle of Kokusai-dori. It's practically all-you-can-eat 24/7!
On Kokusai-dori, I recommend heading to the Daiichi Makishi Public Market. Buy seafood on the first floor, and enjoy live cooking upstairs. Enjoy freshly prepared dishes straight from the ocean—they're delicious!
During the day, shops are mostly open from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM, perfect for a stroll. The various small shops offer plenty of surprises.
This street has all the Okinawan specialty cookies and candies you could ever want. There are also two or three Daikoku drugstores, so you'll be spoiled for choice!
By the way, electronic payments are super convenient (supports Jiekou Pay and Apple Pay). Don't worry if you're short on cash! #Kokusai-dori #Okinawa
