I had the opportunity to visit Korat one day, so I wanted to find a delicious Korat stir-fried noodles restaurant. After searching for a restaurant, I found this one called Pa Om's Korat Stir-fried Noodles. I searched for it on Google Maps and drove there. You can park on the side of the road in that area.
The restaurant is a long shed next to the wall by the road. The atmosphere is not great, but the restaurant is full of people. When we went, there was only one table available. We ordered 2 plates of Korat stir-fried noodles and papaya salad with pork roll. Since there were a lot of customers, they told us that we had to wait about 40-50 minutes, but we were okay with it because we were in no rush.
Korat stir-fried noodles are really delicious, just as their reputation suggests. It's not disappointing that we had to wait for so long.
